I started on business in 2014, because I wanted to help people. Despite its many flaws, this is completely possible under free market capitalism. I don’t have to rely on a corrupt government to help the people I care about: I can just employ them.

Lately I’ve been paying the medical bills of two of my freelancing artists. Uzonegro, who’s working on my Kuroneko comic, has kidney problems. Kia Azad, my 3d artist working on 3D porn comics, got an ear infection fixed. My new writer Flamecaster is looking to go abroad. Thanks to my hustling, I’m able to pay these things out of pocket.

The only problem our system has is that more young people aren’t starting their own businesses. The only reason things like racial discrimination, unemployment, and glass ceilings are an issue, is because of a lack of options. Abuse of power is only possible for employers, when the workers don’t have more options for where to go.

If nobody hires you, you can start your own small business. Maybe you’ll get successful enough, that you can live comfortably. Perhaps you can employ your unemployed friends. And if you fail, there’s so many companies out there, that you can all take your experience to them.

The more companies there are, the higher everyone’s salaries. Competition drives up salaries, as the best companies of an industry compete to attract the best laborers in the market. Personally, I’m looking to increase commissions for reviewers to $50 per article within 3 months.

Cost of goods goes down, when more companies offer similar services. Some companies get so good at cost-cutting, that they start growing exponentially bigger than everyone else, setting the standard for prices. The German super market chain Lidl is famous for offering low prices for their customers. Lidl is attacking the North-American market, forcing retailers into a price war. This is fabulous news for American families.

Services must constantly keep improving, because otherwise your competitors steal your customers. When they have more customers, they can pay higher salaries, and then proceed to steal your best workers.

Abusive workplaces disappear naturally, as the whole industry starts thriving. When many companies can offer great salaries, workers don’t have to choose between their income, and a healthy workplace community. Abusive employers go out of business.

All the poverty, corruption, and misery you see around you, is a result of government regulations making things more difficult for new companies, and for these companies to survive their humble beginnings. It’s all about the number of potential employers in a market.
