STORY
Hentai Girl Puzzle has no story.
GAMEPLAY
In the main menu, you’re given three icons to choose from. The “Start” button or “Choose Level” button will drop you right into the game. You see a sexy picture, then watch it get mixed up for you to solve.
The options menu allows you to choose your difficulty. You get more achievements for completing the game on higher difficulties. The only thing that changes is the size and number of the tiles you shuffle on the board.
The gallery menu fills up as you progress. Complete all ten levels to complete the gallery and earn an achievement!
There are 45 achievements in total. Earning them all will maximize your chances of earning Steam Trading Cards from the game. As of the time of writing, trading cards are not implemented yet, but the developer has announced them. There’s also a “Monthly Challenge” system available in the level menu. The game is expected to receive new levels and images.
Patient players can spend as long as they want to gain all the achievements and collect the art. Impatient players can use the “auto-solve” or “Hint” function to speed up the gameplay. You get more hints if you choose a higher difficulty.
GRAPHICS
The art is Japanese anime style. Each character has a unique appearance. It keeps the puzzles interesting. My favorite girl is the pink haired babe who looks just like Sakura from Naruto!
Each artwork looks hand drawn. Body proportions are realistic and sexy, the breasts often the perfect size for the girl’s frame. You also get to see their pussies stuffed with vibrators, covered by tiny bikinis, and more.
The user interface is very simple to understand. Click two blocks anywhere on the screen, and they’ll swap places. The bottom left corner has a cute girl that will offer you hints. The bottom right corner has a hot milf that will return you to the main menu. Dragging your mouse across either of them will cause them to wink at you seductively.

There is one sound effect in this game. It sounds like a majong tile being slid across a table. The sound is easy to ignore, but unique enough that it won’t get repetitive. Its fits perfectly into context, and gives good feedback on your actions.
MUSIC
There are only about two songs on the soundtrack. They’re digitally synthesized melodies with a steady, consistent beat. The music plays at the beginning of a level before fading into silence. In fact, spending longer than two minutes on a puzzle guarantees you’ll be sitting in deathly silence for the rest of your playtime.
