Dorris was the vampire queen of Phantom Castle until someone moved her coffin. Now the castle has been taken over, and it’s up to the lewd vampire to fight and fuck her way back to the throne!

STORY
The story is fantastic, but badly paced. You need to complete half an hour of tedious dungeon crawling between each plot point. There’s an NPC in town who recaps your recent adventures. This is useful for keeping track of the plot.
While at first this seems like a plain game about a vampire girl conquering a castle, it’s much more than that. Humanity worships a woman named “Saint Alma” who healed the sick and saved thousands of lives. As your adventure unfolds, you learn more about her and her legacy.
You learn early on in the story that Saint Alma healed people through the use of a cursed chalice. It could heal any wound, but would corrupt the mind of the user, making them obsessed with greed. Should anyone find the corpse of Saint Alma, they could take hold of the chalice and become unstoppable!
The world building in this game is fantastic. There are at least 7 sentient races: Dwarves, elves, werewolves and more! If a new game was built in this setting, I would welcome it because the lore here is fantastic!
For example, vampires are either created via a bite or a birth defect where someone is born with two hearts. When they die, their human heart stops and the vampire heart takes over. The church is doing crazy Aztec rituals trying to pull hearts out of people’s chests.
My favorite part of the game is the pure catholic girl Mary. With blue hair and conservative robes, she’s the total opposite of Dorris. The dialogue between them is always entertaining, and make me look forward to my returns to town.
GAMEPLAY
The game was created with RPG Maker VX Ace, a classic engine for RPG titles. Move with the arrow keys and press Shift to hide text boxes. There is no dialogue skip or backlog.
The dungeons in this game are lengthy and grindy. This title is a standard RPG where you clear a dungeon, return to town after your adventures, keep repeating, until you clear the final dungeon.
The developer created numerous features to ease the level grinding. Killstreaks will earn you better items as you fight. Each kill will also earn blood points, which can be redeemed for sex scenes. If dungeon grinding bores you, you can purchase melee training at the knight academy or magic training at the market center. And because all enemies appear on screen, you can simply avoid them to avoid fights. And if the enemies follow you, use an invisibility spell to hide!
Day and night cycles are tracked in-game. During the night, Dorris gains 10% evasion power. Consuming corpses regains lots of blood points. Combined, these can make a difficult battle smooth sailing.
The game takes over six hours to complete. I had 450 battles in total and completed the game at level 38. New Game Plus Mode is available, but with only one ending to unlock, I don’t see why anyone would care.
GRAPHICS
The anime art style is absolutely gorgeous. You meet goblins, werewolves, tentacle monsters, and more! Each monster has a sex scene and unique visuals to match. The furry and manly chests of these creatures look so primal! I loved it!
Dorris is beautiful! Her hairstyle is called “the straight fringe with long hair”, and it perfectly covers her forehead while showing off her lovely golden locks. Add in some enormous tits and a perfectly round and squeezable ass, and you’ve got the perfect woman! Her scarlet vampire eyes only make her sexier!
Dorris has four outfits, each with numerous variations for clothing damage. The character sprite also reflects clothing damage, and NPCs will comment on your nudity. Dorris feels like a real person, and your actions have consequences on her appearance.
At night, different NPCs occupy the town. You’ll be seeing zombies and vampires, which makes for a cool change from the standard townsfolk. And the user interface in this game is completely unique. There isn’t even a status menu, because it was smoothly combined with the equipment menu.
VOICE ACTING AND SOUND EFFECTS (SFX)
Depravity of a Lewd Vampire has no voice acting.
The sound effects are varied and fitting. You have sounds for absorbing semen, glaring at foes, dropping ice bombs, throwing fire lances, and more! Each action has a distinct sound to match, that very well indicates what’s happening on screen. Sexual sound effects are minimal, and only include ejaculation noises. While they aren’t realistic, they fit the anime art style.
MUSIC
There are 58 tracks in total, many of which are unique and used sparingly. The various dungeons all have unique audio to match their visuals. And in town, music often freatures a xylophone and a metal triangle, creating a relaxed vibe. My favorite track is called “Cheshire Cat”, which has low pitch instruments similar to an obo and cello.
The soundtrack rocks trumpets, drums, and a digital synthesizer that sounds similar to an accordion! Each track has unique instruments that are super enjoyable. Another track has an orchestra with violins and gongs and bell tolls that create serious suspense! It would take a lifetime to describe them all!
HENTAI
There are 32 scenes in total. The vast majority require you to seduce your opponents at the cost of blood points. You can easily locate almost all the scenes in the game! Any remaining scenes are obvious to find, unlocked by drinking alcohol in a bar, etc.
The erotic dialogue is hot and varied. I love it when Dorris says “you can’t cum until I say so”. Because many scenes use the point-of-view perspective, it’s easy to lose yourself in the moment. Just choose a partner and start fucking!
Sex positions range from cowgirl to missionary, with tons of variation like light choking or anal. Tons of variation images are used, often increasing the number of sex partners and turning a classic sex scene into a double penetration gangbang!
My absolute favorite scenes are with the dark skinned Vanea. You can mind control her and convince her to have sex with orcs. Then in the epilogue, it’s revealed that she got pregnant and had a bunch of orc babies! This game is wild!
I love when the men seem so glad and lucky to have such a babe. Every scene shows how horny and excited the men are, while Dorris is cool and in control. If you love confident blonde babes, you’ll love this game.

The Depravity of a Lewd Vampire is one of the best hentai RPGs we’ve ever reviewed. The visuals are gorgeous, the story is engaging, and the hentai content is guaranteed to make you cum. If you can deal with the level grinding, there’s a lot to enjoy here.
