STORY

GAMEPLAY
Beloved Wife Inseminated was created with RPG Maker. Use the arrow keys to move. Hold Enter to fast-forward combat scenes. Press F12 to reset when you want to try different choices.
There are four or five choices throughout the game. Did your wife get pregnant by her best friend? If not, did your bully impregnate her? And if he did, do you love her so much that you’ll tolerate her continued cheating?
I recommend you save the game into multiple slots. Whether it’s trying different choices or spending your gold on different items, you’ll want to experiment and have a backup save in case your choices backfire. Depending on your choices, this game could take half an hour to complete, or multiple hours. If you want to see all the hentai scenes, you need to avoid impregnation at all costs.
There is a limited amount of combat to enjoy. Hidden items are available to make you overpowered, but you can avoid them to keep a bit of challenge. Regardless, the combat is incredibly easy and linear. The game would be fine without it.
GRAPHICS
Yuzu is your sexy beloved wife. She almost always wears a black long-sleeve and jeans, except when she’s fucking another man behind your back! The artist is an amateur, so body proportions and facial structure change frequently. Sometimes her tits are C-cups, other times they are smaller. Sometimes her head is small, other times it’s of normal size. She does not wear a wedding ring, which is a shame.
There are few, if any, variation images. The sound effects might feature moaning, but the CG shows your wife with her mouth completely shut. This and many other cases like it are perfect examples of the game needing polish. It’s good right now, but it could have been great if given more time. Another disappointment is how you can’t really explore the world. From the town to the dungeons, the landscape is bare and disappointing. I wish I could have explored more.
The artworks are good looking for a fap, but this game definitely needed some polish.
VOICE ACTING AND SOUND EFFECTS (SFX)
Beloved Wife Inseminated has no voice acting. General moaning sound effects are played, but you never hear full words or anything beyond moaning. The moaning is synced to match the sex scenes. She squeals when a man finishes inside of her pussy. Placing the visuals and audio in unison like that made for a fantastic experience.
Outside of sex scenes, the sound design is standard RPG Maker assets. From opening doors to slashing at foes, every audio asset is an overused steal from the stock library. The unique moaning tracks were great though!
MUSIC
There are 78 songs in the soundtrack. These were all dragged in from the RPG Maker stock library, and very few of them are used. More often, atmospheric tracks are used to match the dialogue and keep a realistic feeling. You hear the ticking of a clock as you wait for your wife to come home, for example. Beyond that, there is little to report. If you’ve played at least one RPG Maker game before, you’ve heard these songs.
HENTAI
Beloved Wife Inseminated has 27 base CGs to match the 30 sex events. The primary focus is on cuckolding and netorare content.
This game fits more into the cuckolding category, due to a heavy emphasis on small penis humiliation and the husband watching his wife cheat. He gave her permission to get pregnant by another man, but he never expected her to enjoy it! And now she’s putting condoms on you and focuses on pleasing other men! This did not go according to plan!
