If you’ve been looking for a romantic vanilla hentai anime with consensual sex and a bit of cosplay, you’re in luck. Back in 2018, the premium hentai producer Pink Pineapple released this OVA about a homeless girl who falls in love with a normal boy. This review is based on episode one of the OVA.
STORY
Tatsuya is heading home from a meeting with his friends. For no real reason, he is compelled to check out a shady alleyway. He sees rabid dogs on the alley. He grabs a pipe and starts swinging at the dogs until they run. Tatsuya discovers a dark skinned beauty living in this alley. He adopts her like a stray cat.
Tatsuya allows the girl, named Liliana, to move in with him. The next few minutes you spend watching a montage that shows a year’s worth of highlights of the couple. We see their relationship develop.
The sexy content begins from a scene where Tatsuya comes home to Liliana. The girl greets him at the door. The camera cuts to a juicy panty shot, and lingers there for a while. It’s an important moment, because the next time we see Liliana, she announces she’s got no panties on! Tatsuya hesitates to answer her tender feelings of carnal lust, but instead of running away like a little bitch boy, he summons his inner patriarch and seals the deal. They confess their love for another and start rubbing their genitals together.
The next sex scene features cosplay sex. Tatsuya receives a package from his older brother. The package contains a maid costume for Liliana. Next time Tatsuya comes home, the girl greets her at the door in the maid costume!
The sex scene with the maid cosplay is passionate. After a couple rounds of exchanging fluids, Tatsuya still has the energy to fuck more. Liliana reveals that the package contained a second costume, a bunny cosplay outfit! Tatsuya asks Liliana to pretend to be a bunny. Hot and steamy bunny sex ensues.
ANIMATION
The animation at the beginning suffers from major inconsistencies. The quality recovers quickly however. The animation is fluid and detailed, and very impressive. Liliana’s wardrobe is also splendid. Whatever she wears, her curves look stunning. The animation of her eyes, is also worthy of praise.
The animation is adventurous. The studio could’ve stuck with still images with minimal mouth movement, but they went above and beyond ensuring that each movement flows into the next. This made the sex scenes very lively, with lots of movement. The camera angles capture Liliana’s busty figure from multiple exquisite angles. Her dark-skinned luscious body is exotic from head to toe. She’s thicc like the slut ever. When she wears the maid and bunny costumes, her sexiness is only amplified.
Aside from the sexy animations during intercourse, the moment that stood out to me was the scene where Liliana was rescued from the dogs. The girl’s blue eyes looked delicious welling up in tears.
VOICE ACTING AND SOUND EFFECTS (SFX)
The voice actors provide a solid performance. The pitch and tone of the voices reflect the characters’ personalities and the feelings they’re showing on screen. Liliana’s moans and gasps during the sex scenes are amazing. It’s beautiful when a young woman has the balls to mimic the audio she makes when getting her brains fucked out of her vagina. She’s absolutely shameless.
The male and female lead are both reserved, polite characters socially conditioned to the extreme. They often speak in soft, delicate tones, and regular stutters when they’re feeling nervous.
If you’ve ever had sex, you know how ecstatic the sound of skin slapping against skin can be. The sex sound effects in this anime captured that brilliantly. It’s so close to the real thing, it’s a feast for your ears. The exciting sex sounds combined with the voice acting was a delicious combination. Aside from the sex audio, the series features many high quality sounds that enhance the viewing experience.
MUSIC
The music selection is poor. There is only one identifiable track that gets repeated throughout the entire episode. The music consisted mainly of piano, drums, and violin. The tracks were very forgettable. The songs fade into the background. The voice acting overpowered the other audio, save for the ending theme, which plays uninterrupted.
The ending theme is a fast-paced electronic beat. Despite its speed, it felt extremely relaxing to listen to. It felt like a proper conclusion to episode one of the anime.
HENTAI
The writers subvert the common tropes of hentai anime. Typically in hentai when a female gets rescued by the male protagonist, she immediately gets raped, or she throws herself at her rescuer.
Tatsuya is a very meek male character. He embodies some masculine virtues, but to a limited degree. This caring nature of his lets him develop a balanced, loving relationship with his bitch. She falls in love with him. The sex scenes are exciting and intense, they carry an incredibly enticing air of romanticism. Tatsuya fucks the living shit out of Liliana, and they enjoy it in equal measure. No bitches get dominated, this is the most egalitarian creampie sex in Japanese animation history.
The sex scenes are much less toxic than in most hentai anime, because the couple actually has decent communication. The sex scenes aren’t just cool-looking rapes. The fucking is romantic.
The anime builds up the relationship dynamic before diving down the pit of perversion. It’s actually remarkable how rarely hentai anime these days care about the emotional connection that the characters share.
In the first sex scene, both characters are still virgins. The action is awkward as first, typical of two virgins learning the ropes. But soon as they get into it, they start having sex on animal instinct alone.
CONCLUDING WORDS
Wagaya no Liliana-san is a romantic vanilla hentai anime that’s worth a watch. The animation is brilliant, and the character design for the girl will keep your dick hard. The voice acting and sex audio are professional quality. The sex is made better by establishing the relationship between the characters before they start banging.
