Princesses Rosalina and Peach conspired to turn the conservative Mushroom Kingdom into a slave state. Legalizing casual sex was the key component in destroying the family unit and making generations of mushrooms dependent on an omnipotent state that impoverished them with overbearing taxes and regulations.
A group of patriotic mushroom people worked tirelessly to bring the princesses to justice. Many good mushrooms were killed by the underground goomba mafia working directly with the princess cabal. All deaths were ruled as suicides by corrupt state investigators. All this abuse of power was funded by a broken system of currency that turned gold into an infinite resource.
All hope seemed lost, but drunk on power, sex, and infinite gold, the princesses got sloppy.
The conspiracy was discovered by Toadette who eavesdropped on the lesbian couple talking about their plans while they were giving head to yoshi. Toadette contacted the leadership of the resistance and coordinated with them a counter offensive. A group of patriotic mushrooms infiltrated the castle and kidnapped the princesses.
In a private court, princesses Rosalina and Peach were sentenced to death on Yoshi’s island.
