One of the most neglected health crises gripping our world is the plummeting of men’s testosterone levels. It’s a global phenomenon, causing many to develop depression symptoms that go untreated, because the core physical problem goes undetected. I grew acutely aware of this back in 2019, when a fluke medical exam discovered my abysmal T-levels.

Basically, before you see some quack psychiatrist to get a bullshit diagnosis, get a blood test. Whatever hormones or minerals you may be missing in your diet could be the cause of your mood disorder. If something is discovered, don’t just take whatever prescription you’re recommended. Make sure to treat yourself on all levels. Western medicine tends to suck at this by focusing too much on biology and psychology and too little on the actual spiritual needs of human beings. You’ll want to consider supplementing your diet and exercise schedule with daily meditation or prayer or both.

The additional effort you need to put in to have a fantastic emotional life includes deepening your understanding of the world and putting into context the fucked up parts.
