This touhou hentai parody stars Patchouli, a busty witch with explosive power. She is trapped in a monster-filled dungeon. Her objective is to escape, but there are many foes in her way that want to fuck her.
The game has a built-in sensitivity and climax system mechanic. When Patchouli gets sexually harassed by the monsters, her sensitivity increases, thereby causing her climax frequency to rise. Whenever she cums, her sensitivity increases dramatically, causing her to experience one climax after another or an infinite climax loop.
