STORY
In the near future, most of the male population has gone extinct. In desperation, the government introduced a new law: free sex licenses for all surviving men. A guy in possession of the license can legally have sex with any women he chooses at any time. The story starts off with the protagonist Ibuki Takumi receiving his free sex license. He has a discussion with his younger sister, Himari, about how he doesn’t intend to use his license – few minutes later, his hard dick is wet like a noodle.
As the purpose of the law is to increase birth rates, there is a stipulation that mandates males to always cum inside women’s vaginas. Failure to cum inside is a punishable offense. The story is an excuse for porn, and the characters, in typical hentai fashion, are just cute porn bodies.
ANIMATION
The art has a darker color palette to it, similar to the anime High School DxD. It’s not super dark, and there are some brighter colors mixed in as well. It blends together well. Each of the girls has their own distinct design. For example, Misaki has the mature and seductive look while Himari has the really sweet and innocent look at about her, which is what you’d expect from the little sister type.
The animation is very fluid, with lots of frames for an immersive experience. The animation runs smoothly and suffers from few flaws. The interesting part about the animation is the use of camera effects which makes it look like the show is being recorded with handheld camera. The camera pans around and zooms in and out. I thought it was a cool little detail to add. It gives the show its own unique identity.
SOUND EFFECTS AND VOICE ACTING
The sound effects are strong and definitely noticeable. You hear them loud and clear, especially the ones that happen during the sex scenes such as the spurting of the semen or even just when the inserting happens. The sound effects for the boob jiggling are sexy but also hilarious.
The voice acting is great. Sara’s, Misaki’s, and Rin’s voice actors all shine during the hentai scenes. Their moaning and other sounds of pleasure sound very believable and not like they’re gritting their teeth through the ordeal. Special props go to the actor behind Rin. She was seriously getting into acting out her private pussy pounding time with her nightclub hookups. It also makes sense from a story-perspective, as Rin is openly interested in Takumi. Himari’s voice is also fine, and certainly isn’t bad, but she doesn’t get any memorable moments. She does an excellent job at sounding ridiculously cute and arousing at the same time.
MUSIC
The soundtrack is pretty small. One is a simple piano track used in the casual scenes. Another track has an upbeat tempo with a catchy drumbeat. It’s played whenever Takumi gives exposition on the other important characters. Lastly there is another catchy tune which sounds like it uses a xylophone mixed in with piano and flutes used during the sex scenes. The songs get drowned out by other audio, especially during the hentai.
HENTAI
The sex scenes cover a healthy range of fetishes. Combined with the awesome character art, this anime is a treat to your genitals. All of the sex scenes are nice. Only Misaki’s scene felt like it was too short. The scenes are light in tone, and a little humorous. Especially Sara’s scene was funny when she exacted revenge upon Takumi by abusing a loophole in the law to get Takumi punished, something that women would never, ever do in real life. It was also funny how everyone watches in awe while their classmates fuck.
CONCLUDING WORDS
Zettai Junshu Kyousei Kozukuri Kyokashou episode 1 is a fun show with lots of focus on humor and hentai. It doesn’t dwell too much on world building or details and just follows its own natural flow from sex scene to scene.
