STORY

GAMEPLAY
Milky Quest was created in the Wolf RPG Editor. Walk with the arrow keys and press Z to confirm a decision. The game is under four hours and the max level is 10. Rather than focus on skill and strength to overcome obstacles, your primary focus in this experience is finding all the sex scenes.
Once you reach level 10 you should just walk around enemies and avoid unnecessary battles. This is because all battles have full pixel animations that cannot be skipped over. And level-ups only change ATK and DEF, so don’t expect to evade attacks or land criticals.
There are 4 stages with 20 enemy types. I highly recommend rushing to find the exp-boosting ring to speed up your grind to max level. Overall the game is pretty grindy, but hot too!
GRAPHICS
The four areas of the world map are the forest, the graveyard, the honey garden, and the mystery woodland. As you might expect, every place except the graveyard is vaguely similar to the last. Thankfully, unique sprites are used for every enemy type, so there’s enough visual variety to keep things interested.
When you attack an enemy, your character thrusts deep into her pussy. When she attacks you, she teases your cock and moves her hips. Your health bar represents who is closer to cumming. And whoever loses their health, loses the battle. This means if you’re a good player, there should be no creampies or cumshots.

The sound effects in this game are limited to sex sounds, with the exception of minor things like footsteps. Although the sounds are fitting and very erotic, the lack of variety does weigh on the experience. After the first hour, you’ve experienced all the sound effects the game has to offer.
MUSIC
There are 5 music tracks in total. While the game starts impressively with a beautiful harp track to start the game, the rest gets pretty repetitive. Each of the four zones has its own track, so they predictably change or repeat without any creativity. Due to the lack of NPCs, there’s never a reason for a dramatic or suspenseful track to play. It fills the silence without conveying emotions.
HENTAI
There are 20 pixel animations and 7 CG images. The CGs generally focus on the naked form and don’t offer sex beyond handjobs. The real fucking comes in the animations.
