Kate wakes up on a spaceship with no memory of what happened to her. The good news is that nobody tried to fuck her while she was unconscious. The bad news is the ship is full of horny aliens who want to rectify that oversight.
STORY
You assume the role of Kate, a passenger on a space cruise. Kate wakes up and discovers that your best friend isn’t with you. Soon after, Kate discovers that something onboard the cruiser is making everybody very horny. People and aliens are fucking like rabbits. Kate wants none of that shit and decides to find a way off the cruiser, but not before locating her friend first.
The rest of the plot is abysmal. You have to navigate your way around the ship, avoid bumping into alien monsters and not succumb to the lust plague. It’s your standard RPG game with lots and lots of side-quests to pad the story. The characters you encounter barely develop at all. The script reads like it was written in a hurry with no real plan in mind except for ‘alien sex virus on a space ship.’
The game has several grammatical errors. You are spoon-fed exposition and directions constantly. The writing is flawed.
HENTAI
The game promises exciting sex with loads of different aliens, but instead sex feels like a punishment because most of the time you have to lose a battle to see titties, after which you must redo most of the level again.
Sexual content in the game is short an unimaginative. The script isn’t laced with titillating dialogue, it feels written by someone who just discovered porn. The game has a lot of aliens for Kate to have sex with. Some of the scenes are more entertaining than others, I personally liked the tentacle and slime monster scenes.
Lust Vessel suffers from trying to add too much to the game. When you lose to the same monster more than once, the sex scene is cut short, you get recycled text as if to highlight that you just lost. There is no creativity in the sex. The artwork is static for the most part with no evolution. The lack of voice over, generic sex sounds and no interesting music leaves you wanting to turn off the game fap to something else.
GRAPHICS
The art is mundane. The visuals in gameplay sections are deafened out by RPG Maker assets. The game world covers a large number of areas onboard the space cruiser. Various rooms are filled with clutter and trash that feel like it’s there to distract the player from noticing how empty the room truly is. Different sections of the ship have different shapes and styles to them.
Kate has a generic appearance with no personality. Her design looks generic compared to some of the other characters she encounters. Character sprites in Lust Vessel suffer from same-face syndrome, but the game differentiates each character by making them different species and giving them strange clothes or hair. Some characters have deviant skin colors.
Sex CGs are usually still images with very little to no variations for expressions or cumshots. The camera tries very hard to make Kate into a lewd girl with alien dicks often lodged in her ass, pussy and mouth simultaneously.
GAMEPLAY
Lust Vessel was created with RPG Maker. You use the arrow keys or the mouse to move around. Press Enter to interact with people, open doors and chests and other objects.
The gameplay in Lust Vessel is atrociously annoying. You have the option of fighting, using items or surrendering. Giving up results in a short sex scene. Kate is so weak that she can barely go two fights without dying unless you use a healing item. At the end of every battle, none of your HP is recovered. Every time you lose, you re-spawn at a checkpoint where you started. This makes the game a drag to play.
The game helps you navigate it by marking key areas where you can find items or the next room with sparkles. The characters you encounter are either helpful or out to stab you in the back, but you won’t know until later on. Some of the numerous fetch quests in the game are ridiculously easy to complete and feel like unnecessary padding.
Kate’s lust level determines which choices you are presented with and which endings become available to you. There are 15 different endings with 8 characters to bond with. Each character has 2 endings to unlock.
I could not find a save button in the game. There wasn’t any real menu with options to customize my experience.
MUSIC
Lust Vessel‘s soundtrack uses synthetic instruments. None of the music stands out. Some tracks are so fast-paced that it sounds like utter nonsense. The battle music features high-octane electric guitars and drums. It loops continuously and wakes you up from the long boring bits.
During sex, the music slows down. It has a more intimate vibe that feels more in-line with traditional porn movies. Music clashes with the intense, often non-consensual sex with aliens.
SOUND EFFECTS AND VOICE ACTING (SFX)
Lust Vessel has no voice acting.
The game has limited sound effects. Most noises are abstract button presses for when you are selecting options, award jingles or defeat effects. During battle, hit noises, swiping, clanking, blasting and explosions can be heard. There are no saucy sound effects during sex.
CONCLUDING WORDS
Lust Vessel is a hassle to play and not a very sexual experience. The game is long, there is no save point as far as I could find and the sexual content just doesn’t make the cunt weak or the dick hard. The art looks decent, if that’s enough for you, play it. Download Lust Vessel.
