STORY
The game begins with two job applications on your desk. Will you interview the bubbly schoolgirl, or the mature office lady?
Yachiho Matsura is the busty schoolgirl. She went to an all-girls school and is easily led by your words. Her route is the classic deflowering of an 18-year old virgin. Even the dialogue reflects her lack of experience. You have to tell her “This is semen, and you need it to make a baby”.

The Interview is a visual novel with numerous features standard to the genre. Click the screen to advance the story. Use your mouse scroll to view the backlog. Press CTRL to skip dialogue. Click the auto-button for hands-off play.
This game is coded in the same engine Ume Soft uses for all of their titles. This means you got the quick-save feature, but you cannot rewind dialogue you missed. Their engine is limited in these ways, sadly.
The game offers a variety of choices that donโt affect the story. Choices let you skip over content, or change the CG displayed. For example you can request a blowjob or jump directly to sex. And you can cum inside, or outside. These choices do not affect the plot.
After completing the game, you’ll likely be missing the threesome and porn film scenes. You have to replay the game to find them.
GRAPHICS
From the moment the game begins you’ll notice the theming of the experience. The main menu graphic is two job applications covered in cum. And when the prologue ends, you pick one up and call the girl to your office. The title doesn’t lie! This game is all about a super sexy interview!
Satsuki Nishizaki has scarlet eyes and deep blue hair that perfectly compliment her shirt and blushing cheeks. The color theming on her character is magnificent, and makes her the ultimate best girl. From a mere glance, you can see that she’s a dignified office lady! I fell in love the second I saw her pencil skirt and collared shirt!
Some scenes are missing CGs, which felt like the developer was cutting corners. Whether it be the handjob or mutual masturbation scenes, there weren’t new images when dialogue indicates the characters were moving. This was disappointing, but acceptable because this was all foreplay leading up to sex, which had multiple fullscreen CGs.
VOICE ACTING AND SOUND EFFECTS (SFX)
The Interview features full voice acting for both Yachiho and Satsuki.
This developer seems to use the same voice actors repeatedly, so if you’ve played their previous games, you know what to expect. And although each girl has a different voice, they sound very similar with all the high-pitched squealing.
The moaning and screams of pleasure are perfectly contrasted with the coughing and struggling of a virgin giving her first blowjob. While the dialogue was fully voiced, it was the licking and sucking sounds that really got me excited!
The domestic setting and focus on voice acting was limiting to the sound design. Still, clothes got removed and ripped and tossed aside with perfect sound effects to match.
MUSIC
There are only three music tracks throughout the game. The first is the game theme, the second is for dialogue, and the third is for sex. While the music works well, I would have preferred a different theme for each girl.
The track labeled Urban Wind employs a piano and guitar while letting drums and cymbals carry the song. For some reason the dramatic music is called “Hellfire” in spite of being a slow drum track relying on gongs and heavy percussion instruments. All three tracks were forgettable. On the bright side, they were designed to loop without the player noticing, which worked well.
HENTAI
There are 13 scenes in total, six for each girl and one threesome.
