The contrast shows her transformation.

In the final act of the manga, Marie has abandoned all civilization. She starts giving pussy to virgins. Her clothing has changed to be more revealing, her face is all-out ahegao. When writing a scenario, establish believable relationships and a premise that makes fucking feel like the most natural thing to happen. Combine fantasy and realism for the best effect.
