The mod allows you to explore straight, gay, and super-mutant sexual relations. The mod is so advanced, it includes moaning and sex sound effects to enhance the experience.
If you play as a female, you can become a sex slave for the roman armies that guard the trade routes. Naturally you can get pregnant from all the forced sex with army troopers, but there are no birth mechanics, so don’t worry. And if you’re a fan of the soft touch, there’s also plenty of romance features.
