I would have loved to see a sex scene with a double-dick Natsumi fucking Yuuko and Satsuki. The sky is the limit with an over the top plot like this.

CHARACTERS
Natsumi is your average male protagonist with a big dick. He has little self-restraint now that his cock is ten times the size of his brain. Surrounded by busty babes who want his cum, there’s no holding him back.

GAMEPLAY
Dr. Yuuko’s Sex Practice is a visual novel. The gameplay is limited to clicking the screen to “turn the pages”. You also make the occasional choice that branches the story into a slightly different direction. Choices in this game have a bare minimum impact on the story, though you do unlock different sex scenes based on your choices.
There are tons of save slots to save your progress. You can easily backtrack your choices. There’s also a button to speed through parts of the dialogue you already read. There is seemingly only one ending to unlock.
GRAPHICS
Character designs are striking and unique. Yuuko sports two spectacularly large tits which are trying to escape her clothes. Her body is beyond thicc. Her outfit is a mix of a dominatrix attire, and naked apron. She has only a rag covering up her pussy. Satsuki’s design is more generic with big boobs trying to rip apart a tiny top. Both girls sport shaved pussies.
Colors are realistic with lots of cleverly placed shadows on bodies during sex scenes. Lines are thick and noticeable. Lighting is used well between scenes. Bodily proportions stay consistent between scenes. There is one scene where Natsumi is eating out Yuuko’s butt, and Yuuko’s ass looks thicc to the max. When the characters get naked, the camera assumes the lewdest possible angles. Characters have a limited range of facial expressions, most of them very sexy.
Background artwork is limited. Their conflicting art style was a turn-off for me. Characters are hand-drawn while the locations look like a poor attempt at cell shading. It’s distracting to look at because it looks cheap with almost no texture.
SOUND EFFECTS AND VOICE ACTING (SFX)
This game has no voice acting, but uses some stock female porn audio to make you think the developers hired some JAV actress to fap and climax in a recording booth.
Dr. Yuuko’s Sex Practice uses easily recognizable stock sound effects. The effects are many in number, and certainly provide variety for your ears to feast on. The sexual audio clips include female laughter, succulent blowjobs, heavy sex breathing, climaxing, giggling, humming, moaning and even hissing. Each clips usually lasts 10-20 seconds providing players with a lot of sexy background noise.
MUSIC
There are only five tracks on the soundtrack. Songs use a repetitive beat, and they are distracting. None of the songs befit the events taking place on-screen. Music has no presence and feels devoid of emotion. The songs don’t even increase tempo when the scene builds towards a climax.
The synthetic instruments feel out of place in a hospital. Most of the songs are upbeat and fast-paced, and feel like something from a futuristic game. There is no “slow” song to create an intimate mood during h-scenes. The closest to this is an original instrument number that uses saxophones, pianos and soft drum beats. It feels like a jazzy noir detective theme from the 1920s. While it’s closer to the events onscreen, it’s still a far cry from what you’d expect to hear.
HENTAI
Sex scenes are just the right length. There are a total of three hentai scenes, one with Yuuko, one with Satsuki, and one where you fuck them both at the same time. The sex is very vanilla. The scenes aren’t very emotional, and it’s hard to invest yourself into them despite their sexiness. The game loves teasing you, and doesn’t treat the actual sex as the highlight of this very short pornographic story. It doesn’t feel right given the uniqueness of the premise. The sexy dialogue combined with enormous squeezable tits is a good combination.
Descriptions during sex scenes are narrated in great detail. The sex positions meanwhile do not have a lot of variety. Whether you’re fondling Satsuki’s massive mammaries, or watching a couple of hospital hotties suck your monster cock, the content milks a nut with ease.
CONCLUDING WORDS
Dr. Yuuko’s Sex Practice has an amazing premise for a porn game that’s begging to get milked. The game needs a sequel or DLC content badly. While the audio fails to deliver, the art and storytelling are enough to squeeze the milk from your balls. It’s a good first showing from Eat My Popsicle Studios, who should have considered a more sensible name.
