STORY
Misaki and Kazuo lived as brother and sister all their life. But when their parents died, they learned that they were never blood-related! After that revelation, they fell in love and began a married life together as husband and wife.
Misaki goes to school while Kazuo works at a large company to support them. Life was perfect until Kazuo was fired from his job! He is accused of mishandling funds on company accounts. He must raise one million yen, or the authorities will get involved.
You have 60 days to make 1 million yen. How you do it, is up to you. The events of the story are almost entirely up to the player. You can prostitute Misaki to horny men that pump her pussy full of cum, or find a less shady job.
Each week, Misaki is tasked with paying the rent. If she cannot pay, the landlord will fuck her. If you want to unlock the loyal wife ending, you have to work her ass off!

GAMEPLAY

You have 60 days to make 1 million yen. It’s completely impossible working at a convenience store! The game encourages you to use money to buy new outfits and items that will open up better jobs for Misaki.
The stats in the game are stamina, desire, and guilt. Unlike later games by circle Acerola, Imouto Misaki does not have an exposure mechanic. There is zero chance your husband will learn of your slutty exploits.
Each job takes up different amounts of stamina. Working at a convenience store is easier than singing on stage. If your stamina hits zero, you’ll automatically take a day off work.
Desire raises from every action that does not make Misaki cum. If she’s satisfied, desire will drop sharply. Low guilt allows Misaki to be more daring and do demeaning, but lucrative jobs like prostitution.
The game menu offers multiple features to help you play. The diary records your recent choices. The game guide explains how to play. Smart item use is crucial to winning this game. Items do not carry over to new game plus. Purchase items from the north area of District Six.
The game will easily take over four hours to complete. With only 60 days to play, you won’t be able to explore all of the content. With the new game plus mode, this game has over 30 hours of fun to enjoy.
GRAPHICS
The art is Japanese anime style with a good level of detail. There are 9 outfits to wear, but many of them are not very unique. Many are re-colored versions of each other. The underwear and bikini outfits are virtually identical.
Misaki has beautiful short hair with two braids on each side. With amber eyes and huge breasts, Misaki is your classic anime schoolgirl. Veteran hentai players may find her appearance to be generic.
The game has three basic locations to explore. The school is filled with horny guys that lust after Misaki. The residential area is filled with easy jobs and small shops like the bookstore and local bar. The business area is filled with complex jobs that require extravagant outfits.
Your reward for seeing all the sex scenes in one career path, is a unique pixel animation of your in-game sprite having sex! The animations are short and not very detailed, but they’re still impressive enough to be worth finding.
Compared to later games by circle Acerola, Imouto Misaki is missing some basic features. The walking animation is near non-existent. There are no markers to indicate people who will offer jobs. Many scenes with groping are conveyed with dialogue only.
VOICE ACTING AND SOUND EFFECTS (SFX)
Imouto Misaki has no voice acting.
The game uses mostly standard royalty-free sound effects. Sometimes you’ll hear the generic sound clips of a girl moaning during hentai scenes, but most of the focus is on dialogue, and the loud sounds of intercourse. It sounds like someone stuck their finger in a bowl of jello. It’s not impressive, but it gets the point across.
MUSIC
The soundtrack is digitally synthesized, but very enjoyable to listen to. I especially liked the songs that play on moments when Misaki is having taboo sex! Light guitar is mixed with clackers and other instruments to create an atmospheric ambiance.
