A year after your landlord forced you to move out of your childhood home and inherit his business, you convince him to close a business deal that just happens to be close to home. Of course, this is just an excuse to return to your childhood home where you rekindle the fading bonds with the women who live there.
STORY
In Secret Summer, you play the role of a man returning to his childhood residence where he reunites with members of the household (the player gets to select the nature of the relationships at the beginning of the game). Years ago, you were forced to abandon the women of the household due to your landlord threatening to cut his financial support from them. To protect them, you suddenly left without giving a proper explanation much to their dismay. A year passes and you hear that the girls are struggling to adjust to your absence.
The story of Secret Summer is endearing and interesting. The protagonist returns home as a knight in shining armor and, if you play your cards right, all the girls will fall madly in love with you. The relationships all feel organic, which is quite fitting considering you grew up amongst these people. Despite this, your absence strained some of these relationships and the story does a great job of highlighting the negative impact of your absence. Due to this, much of the story is spent trying to get past those hurdles as you rebuild broken bridges. Each girl has an interesting and compelling story that you can’t help but become invested in.
Secret Summer has good dialogue with very few punctuation or grammatical errors but it is worth noting that you might probably notice a few throughout your gameplay. These are thankfully few and far between. The dialogue flows well, making the world feel more immersive. Certain characters have different patterns of speech, such as the eldest woman of the household who speaks with a southern accent as well as the lawyer of the house who isn’t shy about using law jargon.
GAMEPLAY
Secret Summer is a visual novel. Players tap the spacebar or click the screen in order to progress the story forwards. Throughout Secret Summer you are given a plethora of options which will determine the nature of your relationships.
GRAPHICS
Secret Summer features 3D CG models who are crafted to near perfection by the developer. It is immediately clear that the developer put a lot of time into ensuring that each girl would be distinct from the others. Characters are immediately recognizable, with even their attire going perfectly along with their personalities. The eldest lady of the household dresses in a casual and reserved manner but, as she opens up to you, her sense of style starts gravitating towards revealing. Similarly, the most open-minded member of the household is known for her skimpy dressing sense.
Each girl feels human due to the effort the developer placed in developing their characters. They differ in body shape, clothing choices, posture, demeanor, etc. This feeling of realism made the game more interesting to play. Backgrounds and vehicles look amazing.
VOICE ACTING AND SOUND EFFECTS (SFX)

MUSIC
Secret Summer has no music.

Secret Summer has over 8 hentai scenes, which includes scenes from all of the important women with whom you can form relationships. By other games’ standards, these scenes are softcore, but it works well due to the atmosphere. The soft and intimate nature of the relationships that you develop during the game means that these intimate moments hit so much deeper. The intimacy of the hentai scenes leaves the player craving for more.
Hentai scenes are all unique and tied closely to the type of personality that the women display. The MILF of the house will attempt to persuade you into taking baths with her. In these moments, you get to share your deepest thoughts and desires, all while admiring her naked body as she unveils all her secrets to you. If the player plays his cards right, he might even get revenge on his landlord by having a blissful night with the landlord’s new wife. She’s an amazing woman both physically and mentally, and I thoroughly enjoyed every interaction with her.

Secret Summer is a wonderfully erotic adventure that is sure to keep you entertained for hours. This game allows you to journey across the city while conducting business and pleasure. The women are beautiful and engaging, with endearing personalities, which makes it easy to like them all. Only the lack of sound effects and music detracts from the overall erotic quality of this sex game.
