King of Kinks, a free hentai mobile game auto-battler RPG developed by DPH Studio. Released on September 2021. Start playing for free. For Windows PC and Mobile IOS. Partial Japanese voice acting. Uncensored genitals.
2 Computers, 2 hours, and 3 browsers later, I’m out of the tutorial.
Havenโt seen a game this bad technically in quite a while. You get into 3 loading screens before any of it even starts. They don’t always work, and on top of them, the game occasionally crashes, forcing you into the painfully slow loading once more.
Rough start indeed.
The main selling point is obviously the high-quality hentai waifus. It’s clearly where the majority of work went. There is a skeleton of functionality in most other areas, but a skeleton at best.
You are dropped into a contrived matriarchy where most men were killed, so now the girls run around in gangs fucking and beating up anyone they want. You are the son of the Queen and you get ambushed, so the “bandits” start fucking you before they kill you, but you know… You get โrescuedโ just before being able to cum.
New-era Disney-level bullshit writing seems to be spreading around the world quickly.
Like most people, I can stick around longer to look at bouncing tiddies, but gameplay isnโt abundant. For a grid battle game with a variety of skills and hero formations, this one lacks variety.
They donโt even have optional manual combat, auto-play for combat is all there is. I mean, occasionally I want to farm a level, but if you donโt even let me trigger my skills every now and then, to seem like Iโm participating, then the whole thing feels like one giant cut-scene. If you wanna take down the healer first, you are shit out of luck, the computer may or may not decide to do it in auto-play.
There is voice acting at the start, but it’s buggy and as soon as the tutorial is over, there is little of it going forward.
Music is odd, just one-second loops in certain sections. They may have tried and I usually commend that, but when the result is annoying, I canโt really give them credit for it.
Sound effects are the same deal. Combat ones are all right, but then they cheapen out at girl scenes by reusing the same repeatable soft moan every 3 seconds. Given the level of graphical commitment and production quality, Iโm really surprised by the unevenness. Could the developer really not make things more well-rounded?
Gacha mechanics on the other hand, of course, have seen more developer care than the rest of it. You have your typical RPG upgrade systems for the girls, you can gear them up. Then you can merge your duplicates, so you can keep pulling the same things out of the gacha summons, adding that layer of filler most developers love.
And naturally, you have all the supporting currencies to go with that. You can see why Kamihime Project still maintains a heavy lead ahead of many competitors because even the better-looking ones still canโt cut it – either on functionality or performance. Obviously from the resolution you can see it is clearly made for mobile.ย The porting competence shows with the crashes in the browser and utterly bad mouse wheel integration for scrolling. You are forced to drag and drop to scroll properly.
Unfortunately, you canโt preview the girls you donโt have. You may say it doesnโt matter too much in a random gacha-pulling game, but I prefer to know the damage and skills of the fancier girls weโre supposed to chase.
Normally, Iโd praise it for the excellent illustration and animation qualities, but these days if I give big praise to the graphics of one of these kinds of products, it could easily turn out they lifted lots from other games. Even so, as you can see, these graphics artists are getting wiser about what looks good. And it’s not just pussy, most of the art is quite stylish.
All of the girls have animated sex scenes, and some pose and outfit changes for the upgrades. Girl-wise, you can think of it as a gold standard, and it would have been great if the gameplay didn’t fall off a cliff while stepping aside for cash-shop mechanics.
Their marketing guys are smart. The game’s loading transitions are actual girl animations, making players want to collect these beauties by pulling them in the gacha.
Of course, this would not be a gacha game if you didn’t have to also pay up currencies to buff your relationships up. Luckily for you casual free-to-play enjoyers, the game is a bit more generous than the typical one, so you can get some decent unlocks if you drop its dose of daily clicks.
The hentai we want either way, but stat buffing some girl that is useless in the long run is just frustrating, I will insist on having my previews. Especially when there is a notable variety of different girls.
The combat layer could use depth. The team prep is lifted from other games, so you have your synergies, elemental dependencies, and other such buff systems. If things were more polished, I would say these systems add some value, but really, what they do is force you into more gacha pulls, so you can assemble stronger teams. I was disappointed by that, especially after struggling with the tech difficulties so long. Sore taste.
CONCLUDING WORDS
If you can stomach the rough gameplay to enjoy some free-to-play waifu tiddies bouncing lavishly all over the place. The story has 50 chapters, so there is something to go by. It is a free app, so you can just milk them tiddies for all they got as a guest if you don’t wanna commit. Try it now >here<.
Regardless how your experience with this PC/mobile app will be, I warmly suggest you also try what you can find at JAST USA. We love them and we’re certain you’ll love them too.
