STORY

Eiji Tachibana is a nice guy who just transferred to a new school. He has generic protagonist looks, but no friends and no pussy to go home to every night. If he wasn’t such a beta male he would ask out the only girl in class who gives him the time of day, Shizuko Azumi. One day, Azumi invites Eiji to join the health committee. He strolls into the infirmary for a group meeting and finds Rumi futa-fucking another girl, Natsuki Misawa. It turns out that ‘health committee’ is just an excuse to have students fuck each other’s brains out.

I enjoyed the writing in Cat Girl Alliance. It’s littered with typical anime clichés and stereotypes, but it’s all in the name of fun and the script gives the story a good balance between character interaction and sex.

Rumi is the bubbly and outspoken girl with a sadistic streak while Natsuki Misawa is meek but heavily masochistic. Shizuko is the soft-spoken and hard-working girl who gets dragged into the sexual hijinks. Each girl is given a backstory that makes them feel less like caricatures but the main plot becomes paper thin as soon as the sex starts later in the game. It’s tossed aside in favor of looking for new excuses to let the characters engage in sex for the player’s satisfaction.

SOUND EFFECTS AND VOICE ACTING (SFX)

Cat Girl Alliance has full voice over for all the main girls. Each of them sounds incredibly cute and pure whilst in public but become sexual deviants when alone with you. 

Moans are lewd with cute play by play. Rumi always sounds like she’s about to slut out while Shizuko is a closet whore begging to be set loose on your cock. The performances are fappable and add a layer of sexiness to the game. However, the game is devoid of other audio.

MUSIC

The game’s soundtrack contains 8 songs that use a combination of original and synthetic instruments. The piano, keyboard, string plucking, drums and guitar are some of the most frequently heard instruments.

The overall quality of the music is hit and miss. Most songs are calming and restful with uplifting beats, but nothing that stands out. The synthetic instruments sound awful and a lot of the songs roll into one after a while. The soundtrack lacks a sexy, intimate song for the sex scenes. Fragments of Passion comes the nearest, but it doesn’t always fit the action. There isn’t much variety with each song feeling copy-pasted from an early 2000s slice of life anime.

GAMEPLAY

Cat Girl Alliance is a visual novel game. You progress through the story by clicking the screen repeatedly. The game features basic visual novel functionality with an “Extra Mode” where you can replay your favorite sex scenes or listen to the soundtrack. The game features enough save slots for you to make a checkpoint at every choice, as well as an auto and skip option to speed through old content.

Throughout the game you will be presented with choices. Decisions in the game affect your relationship with Rumi, Shizuko and Natsuki. The aim is to build up your relationship with the girls so you can fuck them more often. There are eight endings to unlock.

GRAPHICS

The game is filled with delightfully adorable girls. Each has big striking eyes and soft, plump bodies.  Sprites have a variety of poses and facial expressions that make them feel more realistic. The color scheme and art styles mirrors anime of the early 00s.

Background art features the same design. Environments are rich in detail but feature a bland color scheme that prevents them from standing out. Cat Girl Alliance features a handful of locations that are used repeatedly. This makes the game world feel smaller than it should. Locations include the classroom, neighborhood, infirmary, hallway and kitchens among others. The developers show off their expertise in lighting and shadows by giving certain locations a day and night version. 

CGs periodically change their art style and color scheme and become more plain and exaggerated. It looks ugly as fuck and takes you right out of the moment. There is a ton of sexual artwork that portrays the girls in the sexiest positions imaginable. There aren’t many variants in certain scenes. Changes include adding more people to the scene and cum shooting everywhere. 

HENTAI

Cat Girl Alliance is full of sex scenes. The game takes full advantage of how pure these girls look before showing off just how lewd they can be. There are also a large number of sexual fetishes like hardcore bondage with gags and full body-binds. The infirmary is a prime spot for sexcapades. The characters use the location for futa fucking, orgies and surprise boob groping. You can fuck Rumi, Shizuko or Natsumi or sit back and watch them have sex with each other. 

The girls are also shown off in a variety of cute outfits with animal motifs. Some of them have really hairy pussies which are screaming to take a dick. Creampies are sexy, especially when some of it is sprayed in the face. The artwork, lewd voice acting and excellent play by play elevate the sex scenes to new heights. The scenes can be short and sweet or long and dirty. You don’t just get a sex scene at the end of a route. You get your dick wet throughout the experience in multiple scenes leading up to the finale.

CONCLUDING WORDS

Cat Girl Alliance is a fun hentai game from the early days of Japanese adult games. The age of the media shows in good ways and bad ways. The sex is plentiful and the branching story routes with all the cute girls guarantee you’ll be jerking off for days to come.
