STORY
Elwy was defeated and defiled. The demon army has imprisoned her, and she now uses her sex appeal to avoid combat. Elwy does everything in her power to find a way out of the underground prison of Makai. There’s not much of a story, as this is an exploration game. Explore the orc village, then the ogre village, and finally escape the dungeon.
Dialogue and gameplay contradict each other. You’ll hear that the brothel is in desperate need of employees, but they don’t actually need help. You hear that a human snuck into the underground, but later learn that’s impossible as the exit is in a monster base.
Don’t play this game for the story. Play it for the hentai. Although there was interesting lore and world-building, the game is too short. Depending on how fast you figure out simple puzzles, this game should take under two hours to complete.
GAMEPLAY
Prison Fantasia was created with RPG Maker VXAce, the most common version of the engine. Use the arrow keys to move. Press Z and X to interact with the world. There is no dialogue skip.
There is no level grinding, you can’t even level up or attack people. Battles are replaced with sexual encounters. Your HP represents your sanity. When sanity drops to zero, you are enslaved to cock. Before your health hits zero, you need to use special abilities like “blowjob” and “shake hips” to knock out your sex partner. Defeating enemies does not earn experience, instead you get “orc dollars”. These are used on items that progress the story forward.
Almost all sex scenes are battles, and there’s no way to hide the text boxes and admire the photos. Because you cannot level up, you’ll want to avoid combat as much as possible. You’re mostly talking to NPCs and getting information on how to escape the dungeon. This gets tedious over time, but the game is short enough that you’ll endure the boredom.
GRAPHICS
The art is in Japanese anime style. The game is many years old, so the art reflects anime trends of the early 2010s. The girls have super small hips, tiny necks, and very thin eyebrows. The art is beautiful and well made, even if typical.
There are 25 base CGs with about 129 images total. From cum facials to different sex positions, the visual variety is abundant. As battles are replaced with sexual encounters, almost every battle has unique artwork. These CGs look almost perfect, except for the pregnancy and breeding one where Elwy has purple skin for no reason.
All of the character sprites are completely unique to this developer. This is a welcome effort, but it does visually clash with the stock RPG Maker textures. While the stock assets have a three-dimensional look, the custom sprites are two-dimensional with thick black lines around characters.
The world is very small. There is an orc village and an ogre village. Outside of the brothel and a handful of other houses, the world is pretty bland and barren. It’s hard to imagine a demon army lives in this dump.
VOICE ACTING AND SOUND EFFECTS (SFX)
Prison Fantasia has a minor amount of voice acting. It’s purely moaning and groaning from the voice actress Phan Masaki. Sometimes it sounded like the most generic female moaning, but only occasionally.
A lack of battle means there are few cases where sound effects can be used. The most common sounds are a thrusting penis during sex. The screen flashes pink to synchronize with the thrusting. The problem is, this happens far too often and gets incredibly tedious. A different thrusting sound or a more limited use of the effect would make this game more enjoyable.
MUSIC
There are 64 songs on the soundtrack, most of which are stock assets or licensed tracks.
The music gets worse as time goes on. In particular, the introductory scene has fantastic music. It mixes the sound of flames kindling in the background with a soft rock track to create a heroic feeling. The final boss gets a generic track that doesn’t fit the scene. It’s gentle harp music that really doesn’t work for the context.
HENTAI
Prison Fantasia has over 20 events with 25 base CGs. Image variations and new sex positions lead to a visually exciting display of pure eroticism in a relatively vanilla game.
There are only two scenes with human sex. Everything else is orc and ogres dropping creampies into Elwy’s pussy. Sadly, she cannot get pregnant by them. However, there is a drug she can ingest that allows her to get pregnant.
The game is advertised as a pregnancy and birthing game, but this fetish is only featured in a single line of dialogue! The vast majority of content is pure orc sex, and you can’t even get pregnant from them!
If you’re looking for impregnation. you’ll be disappointed. If you’re looking for gangbangs, creampies, and facials from horny orcs and ogres, this game is perfect for you. Too bad the erotic dialogue is very basic. The Holy Knight begs for creampies, even though she’s only been imprisoned for a few days! That’s not corruption, that’s whore behavior!
CONCLUDING WORDS
Prison Fantasia is a vanilla hentai game that doesn’t innovate on anything. Battles are replaced with sex encounters, and they get repetitive over time. The soundtrack has its list of decent songs and very ill-fitted songs. The voice acting is subpar, and the audio mediocre. This game is for hardcore fans of orc sex and ogre sex, everyone else will find it average. Sad!
