Sexy Pharmacist Itori-chan, a hentai RPG developed by Peach Palette. Released November 27, 2019. Download on DLSite for $7.00. For PC Windows. No voice acting. Censored genitals. Available in English and Japanese.

Itori has finally gotten the chance to start her own pharmacy! Gather ingredients, treat patients, and have lots of sex along the way!

There is no story. As Itori does more requests, she’ll gain money and level-ups which you need for fighting stronger opponents that yield rarer ingredients. By the end of the game, she’s a total master of pharmacy!

The game was created with RPG Maker MV, the newest edition of the engine. Gameplay is super simple. Gather or purchase ingredients by exploring the world and fighting monsters. These ingredients are either sold at the shop or converted into potions for various contracts. For example, the guards need health potions on a regular basis.

This game has many flaws. The entire world fits on a single map, leading to lag on a regular basis. Levels mean nothing, equipment is too strong. Some contracts are heavily profitable while others are a waste of time. Altogether, the game itself has good concepts that were not executed correctly.

The game has tons of stock assets, including stock music. But the sex scenes are good! You have sex horny orcs and lustful men in a brothel to name a few encounters. There are eight erotic scenes in total to enjoy. My favorite was giving a man viagra and letting him smash Itori’s tight little pussy!

While the game is advertised as including pregnancy mechanics, this isn’t actually true. There is one scene where a pregnant Itori gets milked. It’s a game-over image. Sadly, you cannot become pregnant multiple times.
