STORY

GAMEPLAY
Oppai Cafe is a visual novel with all the features standard to the genre. Check the backlog to review dialogue. Press the replay button to hear an audio line once again. Click the rewind button to go backwards in a conversation. And of course, use “quick save” and “quick load” to make new choices and unlock a new ending.
The game is only between 2 to 4 hours long. There’s only three decisions you can make in the entire game. Each choice unlocks a different sex scene. Choose between the petite cutie, or the busty beauty.
Choosing only one girl at each decision point will earn you the bedroom handjob ending. If you choose your stepmom twice, you’ll get the impregnation ending. If you choose your stepsister twice, you’ll get the sponge-bath ending.
GRAPHICS
The art is classic Japanese anime style. Each girl is a model example of their trope. The women are well-executed fetish dolls.
Satomi is your totally unrelated mother. Her purple braided hair makes her feel mature and motherly. Sarah is your super unrelated sister. Her short brown hair covers her eyes, making her seem young and shy, like an emo girl who secretly blows dicks in the toilets.
Background art is well made and full of detail. From your private residence to the public cafe, a lot of tender loving care went into these CGs. The digitally painted style meshes well with the character visuals. The areas have beautiful lighting and coloring.
The visuals in this game are practically perfect on my standards. Character sprites, background images, hentai CGs, all look so perfect. There may have been mistakes I didn’t notice, I was too busy jerking off to the babes whoring out in cute outfits.
VOICE ACTING AND SOUND EFFECTS (SFX)
Your sister and mother have full voice acting! Your father only has one line, so he does not have a voice actor.
The voice actress for the sister does a far better job than the mother. In particular, the mother keeps breathing heavily and screaming all the time. It gets so annoying, I turned down the volume whenever she was on-screen.
Even though the lines were voiced in Japanese, the emotion and tone of the dialogue is conveyed perfectly! Like when Sarah is worried about being caught, you can hear the fear in her voice like she’s truly scared of being exposed!
Sound effects are few and far between, but generally mediocre. The sound of ejaculation is similar to a pile of lego blocks being knocked over. The game is from 2017, so naturally, the sound effects aren’t very impressive.
MUSIC
The soundtrack includes only a handful of tracks, but each is unique and a joy to listen to.
Cymbals work alongside the electric piano to create melodies similar to old Sega Genesis titles. Think of the original Sonic the Hedgehog games, and that’s the perfect example of this music. Lively and enjoyable, but also relaxing. The digital beat is very digital, if you know what I mean. I loved every moment of this cute and feisty soundtrack.
HENTAI
Oppai Cafe features 10 sex scenes. Each features multiple CGs and variants, and a heavy use of zoom and panning to convey motion.
Scenes escalate in excitement and intesity as the story develops. What starts as armpit sex soon evolves into impregnation and marriage! The content gets sexier and sexier the further in you are.
