STORY
Leanna and her husband Kain owe a lot of money to a famous celebrity warrior. He’s given them 60 days to pay off his debt, or Leanna will be forced to pay him back with her body!
You have 60 days to make 1 million gold. While there is an illusion of choice, most players will tread the same path. Will you stick with the normal jobs to slowly make the million? Or prostitute Leanna and make cash fast?
The game allows you to switch between Leanna and her husband. You can see in-game events from both perspectives. If the husband realizes he’s become a cuckold, he’ll spy on Leanna and jerk off to the sight of her having sex.
Don’t let the cute anime style fool you, the writing in this game is pretty hardcore. If Leanna gets pregnant while cheating, she has pity sex with her husband then claims the child is his. Heavy emphasis is put on the fact that he will be raising a child that isn’t his. It comes off as sadistic, and makes the main character of Leanna seem more evil than she appears.
There are eight endings in total. Half are devoted to specific men you can leave your husband for. If you want to see them all, you’ll need to create a new game plus and make different choices. This creates replay value, but can get tedious.
GAMEPLAY
Press ‘Z’ to talk to NPCs and activate items. Use arrow keys for movement. The ‘X’ button hides the dialogue box. Press ‘C’ to skip dialogue. Press ‘A’ if you want to review dialogue you already read.
You have 60 days to make 1 million yen. Purchase new outfits and items to unlock better jobs for Leanna.
The stats in the game are stamina, desire, guilt, and suspicion. For high-paying jobs like being a prostitute, you’ll need low guilt. With low guilt, you’ll be able to make Leanna do outlandish things like walk outside completely naked!
Each job takes up different amounts of stamina. Working at a bakery is easier than being an adventurer. If your stamina hits zero, you’ll automatically take a day off work.
The “suspicion” stat measures how much your husband suspects you’re unfaithful. When Leanna is sleeping with random men constantly, you unlock new game features to play as the cuckold husband!
The pause menu has a display function that shows what jobs are available. Most jobs are restricted by time. You cannot work for the church until after 12 days. You cannot prostitute yourself until after 30 days.
Even though the variety of jobs is large, you’ll be forced to play them in the order the developer wants. This was a small feature in this developer’s previous games, but in this title, it feels like you have no freedom whatsoever.
As the spiritual successor to President Yukino, the developers have added in some new features to keep players interested. These include foraging quests, impregnation mechanics, monster sex, and the return of a female deuteragonist. Each of these alone is nothing special, but combined, truly makes the game worth a play for veterans of the series.
GRAPHICS
The art is Japanese anime style with great variety of visuals. There are 14 outfits to wear, ie. french maid, waitress, lingerie, bikini armor. Each costume unlocks more jobs and sex scenes.
Leanna has beautiful long hair with a braid on the side. With emerald green eyes and enormous breasts, this girl is your classic hentai babe. The other sexy girl is called Nia. She’s the flat chested adventurer who has a crush on Leanna’s husband.
The game has a large world to explore, an outfit system where NPCs comment on your choice of dress, and a clock system that counts what time of day and specific day of the week.
Leanna’s Slice of Life is not well optimized. Also, many text boxes related to available jobs are very difficult to read. Even at fullscreen, many text boxes are densely packed and not user friendly.
Multiple regions have far fewer NPCs than previous games by the developer. You’d think that would lead to smoother gameplay, but the frame-rate is worse. This title would seriously benefit from a patch.
VOICE ACTING AND SOUND EFFECTS (SFX)
Every line by Leanna and Nia is voiced in Japanese. They only talk during sex scenes.
Each actress demonstrates significant range, providing personality and emotion to their characters. The only problem is that neither girl gets a chance to speak outside of sex scenes. More voice acting on story segments would have made the characters easier to connect with. Now it feels like these girls are sex-crazed loud-mouths.
The sound effects are recycled from previous games by circle Acerola. The problem is that the sound effects do not match well with the visual presentation. Like when the bikini armor deflects a blow, it sounds more like a sword hitting against a shield. The sound doesn’t convey that there’s a person behind the armor. It sounds more like a piece of metal hit with a hammer.
MUSIC
The soundtrack has digitally synthesized tracks only. Many are recycled from previous games by the developer. The songs themselves are decent filler, but nothing spectacular. There are some songs with instruments like wind-chimes and aerophones creating a happy, relaxed feeling. The only problem is that this happy song also plays during dark moments. You shouldn’t be listening to a relaxing song while lies and deception are taking place on your screen.
HENTAI
Leanna’s Slice of Life has over 100 sex scenes, almost all of which reuse artwork and scenarios from earlier in the game. Every sex position imaginable is shown, but the context fails to be erotic. It feels like the developer was going over a checklist of fetishes.
You can unlock up to 10 sex scenes in each of the 17 available jobs. Corruption is nonexistent. Many times, Leanna will give a blowjob on her first day of work. If not, she’ll get her pussy fucked on her second day.
Many jobs feel like bad excuses to make Leanna wear new outfits. Like when she works at a church, she wears the robes of a nun. The appearance might be enticing, but she strips down and begs for dick before you can even enjoy it!
You may have to play upwards of 20 in-game days to unlock the jobs where your favorite fetish is featured. For example, there’s a petite catgirl in the game. You have to play four hours to unlock her.
The game has monster sex, but there’s only three monsters to spread your legs to, so the content isn’t exactly fleshed out.
Impregnation mechanics are included, but they amount to nothing. Leanna will wake up the next morning with a big fat belly, then give birth the next day. The child will be “kept at the hospital” and the game will continue on with no lasting consequences.
Even the addition of a secondary female protagonist is nothing new. Acerola did this already in Kanade and the Ecchi Worklife. Then they removed the feature, and now they brought it back. That’s not an advance in gaming, that’s bringing back an old feature.
Leanna’s Slice of Life is the classic case of a developer stretching himself too thin. The game might have more fetishes and more sex scenes, but it’s quantity over quality content! As a result, Leanna is just a generic whore.

Leanna’s Slice of Life is a netorare hentai game created by a veteran studio. The game has over 40 hours of content, with many fetishes and NPCs to befriend. The dialogue is well written and the graphics are professional. The game has frame-rate problems, and the main character is a generic whore, but none of that is game-breaking.
