STORY
After her home was destroyed by the terrorist group Jakou, Haruka vowed to one day fight and destroy them to get revenge for her loved ones. Now that she’s been hired to pilot a mech suit, she can finally enact her vengeance.
The game picks up from the Good Ending in Civilian Justice. Thanks to your efforts in fighting past terrorist groups, new technologies have been developed to help aid the fight against evil!
The game has a standard level-up system. You can also personalize your mech suit with various upgrades. Every victory grants you a component to upgrade your suit, and help you take on stronger foes in the future.
There are two endings to the game: You can play as a pure angel, or a corrupt whore. The ending you receive depends on your choices throughout the game. Will you star in adult films to grow your company? Or will you stick to standard gameplay and level grinding?
High levels of fame will earn you new equipment so you’ll never have to level up on your own. In other words, prostituting yourself out is a shortcut for easy money.
GAMEPLAY
The game was created with RPG Maker. You move with the arrow keys and press spacebar to interact with characters and objects. Press CTRL to skip dialogue. Press ‘A’ to remove the dialogue box.
There are two ways to play this game: A classic RPG or a hardcore hentai spree!
To avoid being corrupted, you’ll be appearing on clean television programs and fighting the terrorists to upgrade your mech suit. You can check your phone in the pause menu to see how your reputation is developing.
If you want to win the quick and dirty route, just go appear on adult television programs to gain automatic upgrades. But, the more you develop a reputation as a whore, the more likely you are to get raped! Getting pregnant leads to nine months off work. In that time, your fame will plummet.

GRAPHICS
The art is anime style and much improved from the previous game. Rather than a single hub world with mission areas on a map, this game allows you to explore the city and talk to some interesting characters!
The main girl is a long-haired white babe with red, blazing eyes. She manages the kind of defiant stare that makes breaking her into a whore that much more satisfying. Lastly, the characters’ shadowing and body proportions are absolutely on point. Bodies have no shadows in the night time. All of the characters look realistic aside from their anime faces, as though they were drawn for a television show; women still have their curves but they’re not over the top busty with back-breaking breasts, or impossibly phat breeder asses.
SOUND EFFECTS AND VOICE ACTING (SFX)
Civilian Justice League 2 has no voice acting.
The sound effects are fantastic. They’re by no means realistic, but they fit with the anime presentation style. From the sounds of random men pounding Haruka’s naked ass, to the metallic noises when doors automatically open by motion sensor, the experience is perfect. Once you’re really into this game, everything feels so smooth and natural; you get so involved with things, you’ll forget you’re playing a video game.
Sometimes the sound effects play over the music smoothly. During those times, the audio enhances the sex scenes. The game has some unrealistic sounds in the dirty parts of the game. Sperm doesn’t make a sound in real life, so it’s impossible for that effect to ever sound realistic. Still, the nasty wet “splort” the guy’s dick lets out during the climax portion is befittingly dramatic.
MUSIC
There are 27 audio tracks in total, all of them original compositions. Instruments used include an electric guitar, and various string instruments. There’s also digitally synthesized songs made with a music program. Almost every song has a drum beat in the background to keep the tempo strong and consistent. I even caught myself bobbing my head to some of the battle music! Truly, the music in this game is the best I’ve heard in a long time.
